One of the best vegan doughnut I’ve had! The flavor was incredible— light and airy. Nice Biscuit is a gem. It was so good I literally brought one all the way to the West Coast with me! 🍩✨

This is absolutely my favorite place in Syracuse. It’s a MUST if you are plant-based!! and even if you’re not you,should still go and eat here. I’m from Texas only in town for three days I’ve eaten here twice. my pictures don’t even do this place justice!!

5 stars across the board does not communicate just how great this place is. From the start, Evan took our order and was an absolute gem of a person. The menu was packed with way too many great options to choose from, but he was super helpful in the decision making. Finally, the food was top tier. Vegan or not, the food is delectable… truly. As a person who is not vegan, if you wrote this place off because it’s vegan, you are doing yourself a disservice. Delicious biscuits with amazing toppings. I had “the Buck” per Evan’s suggestion—topped with homemade jam and pickled jalapeños and pepper jack— exceptionally tasty. To top it off we were give a complimentary cinnamon bun with our names on the box when we left. If I could give more stars I would.

I have to give this place the hype it deserves— the breakfast sandwiches are soooo amazing. The biscuits themselves are to die for and the molasses latte is probably in the top lattes I’ve ever had! We have tried a range of their sandwiches. You must also have the potato wedges, they are easily the best I’ve had. The dang! sauce is also unreal. This is coming from two non-vegans by the way. Lastly, the staff are all super kind and friendly. Give them a try, and you won’t be disappointed.

We happened upon Nice Biscuit on a drive through Syracuse. After eating here, i would alter a trip to almost anywhere to make this on my route. It was easily one of the best breakfasts I’ve had. For starters, the staff is awesome- so friendly and clearly so passionate about their product. The coffee was incredibly good (and we’re coffee snobs), if they just did coffee perfectly, that would be enough. But then came the biscuits- fluffy, soft, perfect grandma style southern biscuits filled with just the most delicious combos of fillings. Both of us said “this is the best thing I’ve ever eaten”. All this to be said, this is not a place to miss. They are doing it right and deserve whatever praise they get and more. Vegan or not this is great food served by great people. Go here.
